Corn Cob Cannon

Our 7th anniversary, and still having too much fun for words! We hung out with my parents at the Pumpkin Patch today, perfect weather and loads of country goodness. These three little guys were among the many wee ones watching the launch of corn cobs aimed at the shooter's choice of an Oregon State University or University of Oregon banner. A "cannon" of sorts was set up for the kids (and grown up kids) to shoot. A wonderful way to celebrate the great adventure we are on!!

Before leaving for the Pumpkin Patch, we ate lunch down at the dock where bazillions of minnows were swimming in giant, shimmery schools under the docks. The whole scene made me think of 'Finding Nemo' when the school of fish swam in synchronicity and formed different pictures.
