Our first day back on the Northumberland coast and we take our usual walk along the beach to the golf club where we ate lunch.

The sand was piked much further up the beach than when we last visited in May and we came across some interesting twisted metal that looked as though it had come from a WW2 pill-box that had probably slipped down the dune.
