Non dairy milks: nutritious and a doddle to make

Seeds, as well as nuts, make great milk substitutes.

Pumpkin seeds will produce a liquid which is delicately green in colour (sadly, my photographic skills don't do this justice). It can help to lower your cholesterol besides being cancer protecting. Oh, and it's got Omega 6, plus it's a good source of protein. Worth investing the few minutes it takes to prepare.
