Universal Language

A xylophone in any other language...

I wish I could converse in languages other than English. And for the purposes of this blip, C doesn't count!

Tonight, singing badly, I was reminded rather strongly that I don't even read music. I just follow the dots as they move up and down the page dancing between these lines. Athough I do kinda recognise a D even if it appears on Russian instruments to be written differently.

I can't even begin to hope I could actually speak Russian let alone read it. I am not even at a poor conversational standard with French.

My most proficient second language is Latin, and that is now rusty and lacking practise.

Too many things in this world to master. Too little time.
