Hornworm

This thing was about to enter our garage and it's a wonder I didn't run over him when I came back from the store. We relocated him, I took a photo and then had to look him up. It is a Hornworm and it eats tomatoes. Bill had torn out the tomatoes today beside the garage and that's where he came from, no doubt. Now, I think maybe it needs to be relocated much, much, much further away. Interesting looking creature, but it is a bit alien looking to me.

Made the mistake of forgetting what day it is and thought, "Gee, maybe I'll drop in to Bi-Zi Farms and see what I can get there." It's pumpkin, corn maze time and the entire street, parking lot and environs was PACKED with a thousand cars. Pushed on through, took a tour of the countryside and came on back around to get the main road back to Winco, my shopping destination in the first place. Note to self - don't do that again.
