Heavy rains!

This is the preschool at Mgomphola which collapsed as a result of very heavy rains. Such rain is unusual in its timing and ferocity.
The villagers here have made bricks for a new school and I expect it will be our first port of call next week as soon as we arrive on Friday, Oct 21, and plan to start building on Monday 23.
The real rains usually arrive in Early to mid December.

Mgomphola is one of our five rural preschools and caters for about 50 little ones from 2 to 6. They are doing very well and the Chief and carers are actively involved.
