Magical blip moment

I love sunsets.

Tonight's was magical. And I only spotted it by sheer fluke. I'd been in the office (at the back of the house), and went into our bedroom (at the front of the house) to get some painkillers. Turned round and saw this superb purple and pink sky. Mad dash to get the camera, put the 70-200 lens on (no mean feat with wonky fingers) and whizz off a few shots.

The colour is unadulterated - in fact the whole photo is untouched - its exactly as the camera caught it and I think its the most beautiful coloured sky I've seen in a long time.

I will go to bed happy now!

Tomorrow is packing day - off to spain to mums on Wednesday for just a couple of days. Think Corin needs the break from running around after me, as much as i want a couple of days at my mums!
