Scales

When following a regime you are advised to weigh the portions of your food to ensure you don't overeat. I don't weigh them but I have very good scales.

I succumbed last night to digestive biscuits and bread. Woke me up later.

Good things:

Morning swim

More steamed fish for tea

Could do better:

Buying bread which meant I ate it at breakfast and lunch

2 digestive biscuits with afternoon coffee

No brisk walks
