Flax

Not a very inspired shot today, I went as far away as the front door to take it. No effort spared.

Earlier today I took Cousteau for a run to tire him out a bit, and to give me a legitimate ache to the muscles for my appointment at the podiatrist . Barking and I had back to back sessions, so that I could learn how to strap her injured foot, and she could learn how to massage my knackered calf muscles. What a pair.

Cousteau didn't embarass me at agility and I don't think I embarassed him either.
