So Long!

Today we had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory to bid my boss goodbye as she starts her new job next week. She made me take a pic of my grilled eggplant sandwich because she couldn't believe how HUGE it was. It's a terrible, hastily-snapped shot because by the time the sandwich arrived I was starving. Who has time to take pictures when there's food to eat?

I didn't end up getting a slice of cheesecake, and I'll regret that for the rest of my life! It looked soooooooo good.
