Fettes Chapel

The rehearsals for the Clic Sargent Hospitals Carol Concert (on December 15th) began last week, when we were listening to Carlo Curley, so this was our first of the season.

It's strange situation as we sing together every week for ten weeks, perform a concert, then disappear until the following October; only occasionally do we bump into anyone in between. There were several new faces tonight but a good few who have sung for many years. (I joined in 1996).

For several years we have rehearsed at the famous Fettes College, recent years in the music department, now back in the chapel. It's a very impressive building - the seats are a bit hard on the rear end and it can be chilly but we are always made most welcome.
