Considering the orderly nature of this labelled filing cabinet drawer, why can't I find last year's car insurance documentation to compare the quote just received?

Sorry for the desparate nature of this offering but it is Monday after all. At least it is a blip, and despite not missing a blip since 1st April, statistically it was only 89.8% likely that this was going to happen.
