Having been gone the last four weekends, it was a bit tough getting up early this morning to be at church for choir practice at 8am, before first service! It's a good job we were both there this morning, as we were a bit thin on the ground. Fortunately the anthem was pretty straightforward and something we knew well, so we still did a pretty good job. As a treat for Laura, I fixed us a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings, with apple caramel cake to follow. By the time we'd eaten and cleared most of the stuff away, it was mid afternoon, so we went walking at Sharon Woods, since its the closest. There was much more cloud cover today, but the temperatures were still pleasant.
