Lightbulb moments
One of the really good reasons for cycling is the thinking time it gives. This morning, when cycling around the front of Arthur's Seat rather than the back for lack of time, I had a dual lightbulb moment within two pedal revolutions: the way forward with a paper that needs to be written and the sight of a potential blip of St Margaret's Loch and St Anthony's Chapel.
So now I should get on and write up the ideas for the paper before they get forced out of my head by other more trivial stuff.
This time last year, I was in Ljubljana taking a fun photo, possibly my first really good blip. I like this 'year ago' function.
