Brussels sky

I've just finished a mammoth but ultimately satisfactory day long meeting in Brussels. It looks like a wonderful project in prospect - if we get the money. Always the money.

We met - a multinational group - in Scotland House. The weather was suitably Scottish this morning, but has perked up considerably.
