Mmmm, chocolate brownie biscuits. Dad didn't want to wait for me to photograph them before trying to steal one... :D

Edit: here's the recipe. Some friends of ours bring us Baker's cooking chocolate from the US every now and then, and it is best for these, but any good quality dark cooking chocolate should do the trick
