Rain Again

Here's what you do when you miscalculate the weather and take a walk downtown thinking the storm is over just because the sky is blue and cloudless. One of these drinks has the coffee on the bottom of the cup, with the milk poured on top; the other has the milk on the bottom and the coffee poured on top. Can you tell which is which, or why?
