SoCal Rain

A rare day of rain, at least during the Fall season, in Southern California brought out all kinds of umbrellas and winter-wear. While nothing like the rains we experienced in Zihuatanejo, my daughter complained it never really rained rather it just was heavy mist, it was much like an early spring day in Washington State. We, of course, had to get out in the weather and walk around, pretending like we were back in Seattle. The difference is the sun will soon return and I will be back on the beach this weekend playing volleyball, not settling in for a long winter of gray skies and cold temperatures.
