Apostrophe's

I see this sign most mornings on my way to Uni. I do actually want to go for breakfast there sometime, but one of my pet peeves is stray apostrophes! Which I'm allowed to say as an English student, not just someone who is pedantic about grammar!

Would they notice if I discretely corrected it?
