Ridiculous recipe

Can you imagine Ross's face if I'd presented his tea and it contained a whole leek (well a chopped whole leek if that makes sense) and 1 ounce of pasta!

This odd recipe came from a book called One Pot. Not sure how you can cook pasta, fry turkey, sauté carrot and leek and then bake in oven in 1 pot!

Tasted nice though.

Thanks for the nice comments and stars on my spider yesterday. There was no sign of him today, I think the postman ate him. Come to think of it, we didn't get any post today!
