Back Blip #5

Picking a blip subject for Lamington is always going to be difficult; scenery, avifauna, rainforest, the log fire in the bar?

We treated ourselves to a weekend in an O'Rielly's "lodge" for G's birthday, arriving late last night. This morning I tagged along with the "birdwatching tour" before breakfast, it wasn't geared towards me as the audience, but the guy knew his stuff and he gave me all the pointers I needed for the kids. Which brings me to today's blip; E feeding the Crimson Rosella. I have a multitude of King Parrot and Rosella perched at different angles of repose on J, wee G, and E; I picked this one more or less at random.

This afternoon we took the treetop and wishing tree walks, which allowed the kids and I to climb various things while G wrung her hands and tutted at appropriate intervals.

Dinner was rabbit in front of the open fire in the public bar. Top.
