I remember when I first moved here, and my sister & nephew & I were driving past this view of the Isle of Ewe, on Loch Ewe. When Christine asked what the island was, I said, "Isle of Ewe". Graham then said, "Isle of Ewe too".

OK - maybe you had to have been there....

Nevertheless, I feel that the landlords of the pubs in Poolewe missed a great opportunity. We have the Poolewe Hotel, and the Pool House Hotel. WHY oh WHY did no-one call their pub "The Poolewe Inn"?
