.....A dog loves you more than he loves himself

Had a lovely lunch at my Dad's yesterday, this is his dog; Meg....and she's lovely.

As I child I grew up alongside a couple of different dogs, but as an adult I have never owned a dog, it's always been siamese cats. After having to sadly leave our two cats behind when we left SA, I thought the next pet I ever have will be a dog, unfortunately, while renting, that's impossible, but as each day passes my heart aches for a dog more and more, so in the meantime I enjoy seeing Meg and watching all the other dog owners walk their dogs.
