Mist on the Hill

"Can you see the hill?" I asked Mr Lif this morning "No" said he. "Well" Said I ," I am not going to get up, there is no point in getting up if you cant see the hill"

When the hill is hidden with mist that usually means its going to be a damp old day and today was no exception to that rule!

So to pass the time, I had a cleaning and cooking frenzy. The freezer now has a fine chicken curry in it. I have made French Onion soup for lunches and I even made a Victoria sponge. Young Jake delcared that the sponge was too heavy (HOW HARSH)

Still at least I had Strictly and Cava to fall back on for comfort!
