The Other Side of the Track

Just a quick blip tonight. Lovely warm sunshine and an evening in the garden (hic) When I was on my way to get my hair done today, I spotted some hay bales on at the end of our road and made a mental note to go back to them.

Some 3 hours later I did - and they were the ugliest bales imaginable!

A lovely evening with Jake and Mike in the garden enjoying our last evening of "summer" in September. We even lit the candles and sat out in the dark. It was not this warm in July/August. Apparently there is rain on the way tomorrow. Hey ho - grab it while you can.
