Every cloud has a silver lining.

If you like clear sunny days without a cloud in the sky, then today was a perfect day.

In reality, it was far from perfect. Some say every cloud has a silver lining. I was looking for the cloud all day to catch a glimpse of some silver, maybe even some gold. Couldn't even find a touch of respect.

Glad to see the sun set on this one. Least said soonest mended I say.
