on the town

so i pulled myself out of bed this morning to take care of a few errands. every oxford student must wear what looks like an unfortunate outfit straight out of the olden days. the "sub-fusc" package was a whopping £39.99 (~$53). my college didn't have any gowns left in my size, so i had to purchase a new one from one of the local stores in town. and yes, the gowns must fall at or somewhat below your knee. it's kind of ridiculous, but that's the life. anyway, i forgot to take more photos today, so the selections were limited. i thought this was a nice way to begin the day. a view of bikes and the town.
