overlooking the courtyard

i arrived in oxford via the airline, which was a comfortable 60-min ride from the heathrow airport. i wasn't sure about my building/accommodation selection. but it didn't disappoint. i forgot to take pictures, mostly because i was so tired and disoriented. but i did take this photo right before i collapsed in my very soft mattress. beautiful and peaceful surroundings all over. here's to a fantastic year abroad.
