One of those days where it was non-stop - watch Tracey do her 5k race, straight to swimming with Arlo, out to pick my Dad up, rugby match (lost to a last minute drop goal, my perfectly good try having previously been chopped off), post-match pint, drop Dad off, stop to take this photo on the way home ... and relax by watching lots of people murder a much more famous song by this lady. I'm quite hooked to X Factor at the moment, I don't watch much tv, but when I do I like it to be trash.
