Going Digital

I know what you're thinking: it's a central heating programmer, so what? Well, I haven't had a digital one for the past nine years, since moving to this house, and it's one of those things you only miss when you don't have it. I don't know why it didn't occur to me to get it replaced before now - I suppose we've just learned to live with it. There's nothing like something breaking to spur you into action though! Anyway, I'm sure this lovely Indian Summer will come to an end sooner or later and when it does I'll be ready for it!

Meanwhile, I'm trying to remember how to write an essay as I have one to do for the accredited research management course I'm doing as part of my research degree. Hmm, something to do with introductions and conclusions and stuff...
