yesterday we visited this wee boy's farm. He very proudly told us lots of things and showed us his animals - just like his dad was doing too. Only minor difference was that his dad could speak English so we could understand him better. However, I loved this little guy's energy and his enthusiasm for his animals. It reminded me of me as a kid. His dad is not only a farmer, he's a singer, a traditional flute player, an artist, a TV "star" (not sure to how much extent....even I've been on Serbian TV now ;-) They were a lovely family to visit - very likeminded with us Spitzis in many ways. And I liked being shown all the baby animals by the little boy, even if I couldn't understand a word he was saying.

I'm back home now - very tired and stinking of the various animals I have patted in the last four days. Lots to do....as well as celebrate my birthday because, yes, I am 18 again today :-))
