Worn out!!!
My trainers,
I wore these for cycling in earlier, I also went for a run this morning, the cycling wasn't planned, but JB was so keen to try out his 'new to him' bike & when Rosie saw us putting our helmets on, she insisted on coming too!!!
well, how could i refuse? i'm still getting used to her sitting behind me on her baby seat, but oh my it makes an easy ride, really quite hard work at times!
JB's bike is fab, but he really struggled changing gears, so maybe i need to loosen the tension or something?
it was Harvest Festival at Little Missenden today, but JB was playing rugby, so steve took annie to rugby with them & just Rosie & i went to church. we live in a rural village, surrounded by farmland, so harvest means a lot more here than anywhere else i have lived, and also, the produce comes from the community & we plough it back into the community, i will be joiing the school kids and teachers tomorrow afternoon to distribute all the offerings to the elderly of the village.
