The Final Cut?

It rained overnight but I cut the grass regardless.

It has rained over most nights in September and so the waiting game had started to feel like a mug's game.

It has been a rubbish summer for the human race (Scottish subset thereof) but a spectacular summer for grass. I had to cut it twice but it's still pretty ragged due to the damp.

Have a feeling that I'll be back out again before the end of Autumn.
