I'm back!

I have had a great week away and am really glad to be back home with my family... yes, even Libby!

I have really enjoyed looking at the Blips that Dad has done while I've been gone. He did an amazing job. He prefers comedy shots rather than serious shots because he says he's not good enough to post serious shots after seeing everyone else's photo's. I think his shots suit him because I don't think he could be serious if he wanted to. But I secretly think he's sad to lose Blip, so I've decided that from now on this should be a family blip, belonging to all four of us.

I was soooooooo tired when I got home that I didn't want to go to dancing. Libby had asked if she could miss gym so she could come home with me (she loves me really, even though she tries to be the annoying little sister). We went to grandma and grandad's house until mum got home. We then went to mum's friend's house to wait for dad to finish work because mum wanted us all to be together when I first saw my new bedroom. I couldn't believe how long I had to wait to see my bedroom, but it was absolutely worth the wait - it is sooooooo amazingly cool! Dad has changed everything in the room. Even the door to my room has been changed. I am an extremely lucky girl.

I have now also found out how dad did the 50 blip. I really did think that he had cut the 50 shape out of my new carpet and covered it up with the drawers. But really dad had cut it out of a scrap pieces of underlay and carpet, and placed them over the top of the new carpet. I eventually found them in the bag with the rest of the spare carpet (mum and dad were joking with me for ages, trying to make me believe their story, but obviously dad's not the only detective in this house!)

I really have the best daddy in the world and no one can beat him (same with mum!)
Must sleep now though, we're travelling to Blackpool tomorrow for a weekend of dance competitions. It's weird though - it's really like going to bed in a posh hotel. I wonder if there's room service ;) Mum....Dad.... (only joking!)
