Everyday i look out of my window and see this useful piece of advice. I also watched summer heights high over a tuna sandwich at lunch time with Renee and it warned me of a similar thing (though in rather a different way, the last episode if you know it..) At 3 Abi came and later Gareth joined us and we went to see The Wombats, they were pretty fabulous.
