Day 12 - Las Vegas

J's turn to bring brekkie in bed, then arose and ventured onto the strip - this time heading north to look around the very impressive-but-poncey Wynn and Encore resorts. Then crossed the road and did final shopping in the Fashion Show Mall, before returning to the Mirage (Polynesia) via the Venetian (Venice) to commence afternoon vegetation and sun worshipping.

Evening started around 7, heading to the Bellagio (Italy) where we caught the monorail to Monte Carlo, and from there walked to New York where we had dinner in a Mexican cantina on Broadway - fun and tasty. Finished our globetrotting with a walk through the CityCenter complex again (Hong Kong style architecture?!) before ending up at the Cheesecake factory in the Forum Shops (Rome!) for mojitos and a Key Lime cheesecake. Finally played on Days Off, our favourite HR themed slot at the Mirage (back to Polynesia) and beat the house by trebling our money.
