Speed chess in the Jardin du Luxembourg really attracts a crowd, doesn't it?

We had a lovely afternoon in the park today. Ch played with her friends (sliding, climbing, swinging, digging) and I had a great chat with mine, another Canadian who is also here on sabbatical. These Wednesdays off school are really not so bad!
