Birdsong

What a great evening! Suzanne McGougald is one of Dublin's longest established art gallery owners, and today was a really special day for her. God knows how long ago she came up with the idea of staging an open-air sculpture exhibition, but this was the evening when it all came together and there was no going back. Fortunately the weather was perfect and all her admirers and supporters came out in force for a brilliant evening of in-situ art. There was lots of wonderful stuff on show, and it's difficult to suggest that one piece rather than any other could sum things up, but ... touch and go, I have to admit, Birdsong by Bob Quinn is it as far as I'm concerned. A great evening.
