Joe's Bike Repair Shop

A sure sign of summer here is the reappearance of Joe's van-based bike repair shop. He parks it along the bike paths on the banks of the Bow river and is there for tuning, repairs and advice. The summer is now coming to an end and very soon, Joe's shop will disappear for another six months.

The colour of the van is quite distinctive and I have made many attempts to capture it in a blip. This is the best so far, but it does include a "ghost" of a customer waiting for his bike to be tuned.

My hope is that the weather stays summerish enough for Joe to keep his shop open for at least another two months.
