More over 40s rugby this evening but I pulled a muscle after about an hour and sat the last bit out.

Over on the other side of the fields lay this scrummaging machine which is used quite a bit by the local club. Tonight there was no intention of getting to grips with scrummaging technique.

So there it lay, quite unadorned and a little lonely, warmed only by the setting sun.
