Great food (shame about the photo)

Went for dinner with my friends tonight, who were fresh back from their honeymoon after their fabulous wedding last week. We went to Little Plates in Limassol - it's a wonderful restaurant, based around the concept of Cypriot meze, but with a real international twist. Roddy Damalis, the owner, is always front of house and such a bubbly character. I bought Mark his cookbook for a wedding present, and we use it often, as his recipes are simple but really tasty. I almost forgot to take a photo today, and the restaurant was quite dark, but as you can see, the walls are lined with little plates... I think you can just about make out the desserts written up on the mirror there. My newly-wed friends love Roddy's caramel chocolate cheesecake so much, that they had 10 of them as their wedding cake! Even though that was only 1 week ago, they each managed another slice tonight... I went with stewed plums with ice cream and cracked black pepper - it was delicious, as always.
