Ojai

Our daughter's first volleyball match of the 2011 season took place in Ventura, CA this evening. We had been to Venutra on a couple of previous occasions and thought we would do something different this pre-match afternoon, so we headed up the road to Ojai. Leaving cloudy Ventura behind we arrived in Ojai just in time for a delicious lunch at the Feast Bistro across from the park. Because we had time to kill, we had a bottle of wine while we enjoyed the patio and the sunshine. A great way to spend a lazy afternoon and good prelude to a hard-fought victory later that evening for our daughter's team.
