Day 60/62

Lots of ideas for Blips today. What to choose?

Today's Blip though has to be for Goat, my little van.

We have covered 14,250 miles together in the last 2 months and it's never let me down once. It's been safe, has turned something close to 60mpg average throughout the journey, and we've had a bit of fun with it.

Goat has traveled over every Swiss and Italian Alp pass in the last two months (several times in most cases), and been down nearly every motorway through central Europe.

And in the last 60 days, I've probably slept 45 of those nights in the back of Goat as well, on a bed we made a few months ago.

We've certainly met our fair share of cops in the last 2 months (read 2 weeks) as well. Despite driving nearly perfectly for 2 months, the three times I made a mistake, a cop was round the corner waiting to open my wallet.

But it's bitter sweet as I won't see Goat for the next 11 months as I'm leaving. Gonna miss Goat.

Blip was taken on the Autobahn earlier today when we found an unrestricted section and decided to actually see how fast it would go! All perfectly legal.
