We've Arrived

I was tempted to blip the elephants in the airport terminal with a quip that they were waiting for a Jumbo Jet, but that's too corny and, besides, there are other things to blip now.

The flight was fine, the train to Gare du Nord was fine, the Metro was packed out but we've arrived.

Guess where we are - this view is just round the corner, there are several massage parlours etc. etc. but also plenty of places to eat. As you'd expect it's a lively area and, although we're on the 5th floor there's a background of music and chatter.

The apartment is small but very light and airy and seems to have everything we need, including Wi-fi so I can blip but I don't think I'll have time to comment.
