Five...

We had visitors again today after a few weeks off. The girls and I baked while Ben and Ally went to rugby and then Graham "now we're doin' it" and his family arrived.

We went to the beach despite the winds and threatening clouds. Their eldest son became besotted with Lily, so much so she managed to get him to paddle - unheard of, last year he screamed the entire time we were on the beach! They all built a big castle/wall thing and were desperate for the sea to reach it and break it down...

We did get one short, sharp downpour but we hid in the tent and it was fine. Then home for a big Sunday roast, the first in ages.
