Soccer Jamboree 2011
It was a HOT day for a soccer jamboree. Both boys play soccer so it meant we spent the better part of the day at the jamboree in the nearly 100 degree heat. We tried to stay shaded and hydrated the best we could but it wasn't easy.
Both boys had tw0 mini scrimages during the day in addition to soccer pictures. It was fun to see them play and even more fun running into TONS of parents I know from school and even from back in pre-school. I love our mommy friends and their wonderful kiddo's. I even got to run into fellow blipper partyof5 as our boys played against each other in a scrimmage...we won, but who's counting? Just kidding.
This is one of Jack's friends he's with in this picture. They aren't on the same team but we play for the same city so our uniforms are identical. They've only known each other for several months (played on the same baseball team) but they have become wonderful friends. When they see each other they immediately turn into goofballs. I love to hear their giggles and see their goofiness.
It was a great day but felt nice to get home and enjoy the a/c. I don't think I've every appreciated airconditioning so much in my life!
