Best of the Bunch

Do you ever have one of those days when you don't quite get the photo you want? We went to the Heritage Open Day at Norton Priory and Halton Castle. There were lots of blipportunities and indeed I did take a lot of photographs but none of them quite did it for me.

The falconers were flying this barn owl over the heads of the people watching and I liked this lady's expression but her hand is obscuring the head of the owl. It was that kind of day, though very enjoyable.
