Soles!

I feel another rant coming on so reader beware...

I unfortunately have to use these things inside my shoes; bought a new set yesterday and decided to cut them to size as you do at which point my attention was drawn to the maker of these articles.
China! now I have lots of things...come to think of it just about everything I own certainly electrical is made in China or Japan and usually very good it is too.
But I ask you 'insoles' does this country not make anything any more? no wonder we're in the mess we are in, surely someone somewhere could make things like this...or is this precisely what our PM is talking about when he wants abolish the 50p high rate of tax to encourage new manufacturing?

The new soles have not been anywhere near my feet before cutting and trimming on the kitchen work top.

ps Had to stab another hole in the blister to-day it filled up again, its ok though.
