a spritz here, a spritz there

as with all things old, the phrase that goes through my mind is "they don't make them like that anymore"... i have many old perfume bottles that vary from very simple to much more ornate - are colored or simply plain... most are very small and delicate, though - able to fit easily into the palm of your hand... they fascinate me and remind me of the time my grandmother used to live with us... although she'd wear some of the most cloying, unbreathable perfumes that existed - sometimes it was difficult to be around her.

those are special memories though... and remembering grandma
