Baku blocks.

A grey and wet day today. It was about 18 degrees, compared to over 30 a couple of days ago - quite a change! The lighter patch of sky reflecting in the glass panels on these building caught my eye. The wet weather brought out all the crazy drivers - blocking junctions, double parking on corners, weaving in and out of other cars, talking on their mobiles and yes - blipping! (I was in stationary traffic at this point).
